• The horizontal bending and straightening press from Profi Press is a versatile hydraulic press, specifically designed for bending, profiling and straightening applications. The machine’s possible uses depend on the accessories mounted on the work table, the tool holder, and in the bores and pin holes.

• The HB-28 model is equipped for light bending operations on the work table with an angle scale, and the press can also be supplied with tools (such as block punches) for mounting on the tool holder, as well as tools for installation in the bores and pin holes to perform a variety of tasks.

• The hydraulic system can be adjusted via pressure and flow control valves, which regulate the pressing force and speed of the press. The press is equipped with a built-in pressure gauge.

• The control panel is used to operate and display the piston stroke and to select between manual or automatic operation. The HB-28 model is also equipped with integrated memory for up to 4 different programs.

• Operation is via electric foot pedals.
