The Rheon VX is a series of stress-free dividers capable of handling most dough types—even those with very high moisture content. From pan-baked rye bread to traditional Italian ciabatta flatbread.

- During the dividing process, the machine does not press the dough but continues kneading it inside, thereby maintaining the dough’s gluten structure and keeping it “alive.” This eliminates the need for any chemical food additives.
