RAPESEED OIL PRESS SYSTEM
A complete and automatic rapeseed oil press installation, based on a Reinartz AP15 press with a 55kW motor driven by a DANFOSS VLT 5062 frequency controller, offering a capacity of 1000 kg rapeseed or 800 kg sunflower seeds per hour. The system includes a 15,000-litre crude oil agitating tank equipped with a Wangen KL30S60.00 eccentric pump, feeding an automatic AMA filtration setup consisting of a plate filter with a 20 m2 filtration surface, and two fine filters—one with a filter bag and one with filter candles, capable of removing impurities down to 0.5 microns. Seed feeding is handled by a dosing screw with an option for seed heating. The press entry is safeguarded by a permanent magnet to capture iron contaminants. Discharge of rapeseed cake is via chain conveyor and belt conveyor.

The entire installation is operated through a SIEMENS Simatic Multi Panel touchscreen control panel, approximately 1 meter wide by 2 meters high. This panel also includes a modem for forwarding fault messages to multiple mobile phones. Operation can be set to automatic mode or manual.

In addition to these main systems, the installation also includes the necessary supplementary silos for filling the main silo, enabling continuous 24/7 operation.

The entire installation was constructed in 2006, has operated for 14,000 hours, and is now fully ready for transport.
