The robust Junior R1 offers all the features that a modern edge sanding machine must have.
A heavy-duty cast iron sanding unit with a powerful motor ensures maximum sanding performance. The height-adjustable working table, controlled by spring pressure, allows for optimal use of the sanding belt and safe operation.
The upper section is made of heavy-duty cast iron and includes a built-in three-phase motor (380 V, 2.2 kW, 2850 rpm). The machine is equipped with an integrated switch-plug combination, motor protection switch, and main switch according to VDE regulations. Dimensions of the sanding belt support: 850 x 150 mm. Steel table, height adjustable by spring pressure. Belt dimensions: 150 x 2280 mm. The sanding belt support is covered with a graphite glide pad.
When connected to a central extraction system with a minimum air speed of 20 m/s, the machine is dust-tested (GS certified).
