The machine is completely overhauled, the machine body has been fully reconditioned.
The following wear parts have been replaced:

- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made of cast wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals have been renewed
- Central drive shaft is new
- Coolant system (pump, check valve and drain cock) incl. coolant/lubricant swivel system is new
- Clamping jaws are new (drawbridge additionally reinforced)
- A deactivatable clamping jaw monitoring system has been installed (additional safety for operator & tool breakage prevention)
- A safety door with safety monitoring has been installed instead of the rubber interference guard
- Tool length adjustment system has been relocated outside the machine enclosure
- Additional limit switches installed
- Complete electrical system (control cabinet) with Siemens components is new
- Operating panel made of stainless steel with permanent, durable marking
- New geared drive motor (SEW) with toothed belt drive
- Machine has been freshly painted with 2-component structural paint
