This is an UltraVent Plus hood from the premium manufacturer Rational, model UVP 61/101E. This hood is suitable for iCombi unit sizes 6-1/1 & 10-1/1 in electric version. Thanks to its condensation technology, the UltraVent binds escaping vapors. There is no need for an external connection or for expanding an existing exhaust air system, as this is a recirculation hood. In addition to the condensation technology of the UltraVent, the UltraVent Plus is equipped with a special activated carbon filter system. As a result, both vapors are condensed and unpleasant smoke, as occurs during grilling and roasting, is significantly reduced. RATIONAL cooking systems can therefore be installed even in sensitive locations, such as front-of-house areas.

The hood has been checked in our in-house specialist workshop and is fully functional.
New activated carbon filters were installed during the inspection.
