The advanced condensation technology of the Rational UltraVent condensation hood ensures that steam emitted from the combi steamer is fully captured and discharged. Installation is straightforward and can be carried out retroactively at any time.

The hood has undergone inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

This UltraVent hood features patented condensation technology that captures and expels steam and vapours. Complex exhaust air installations are no longer necessary. No external vent connection is required. Installation is easy and can be added later if needed. Ideal for use in small kitchens, retail spaces at butchers, bakeries, snack bars, and catering services.
