This is the latest generation of VarioCooking Center, the iVario Pro XL with 150 liters from premium manufacturer Rational (successor to the VCC 311). This multifunctional tilting skillet is equipped with the Balanced Power 34 kW option instead of 41 kW (reduced connection power). The unit has been inspected in our in-house specialist workshop, freshly serviced, and is fully operational. The lid has a minor dent on the left exterior, which is only a small cosmetic flaw and in no way affects functionality.
