This is an SCC 61 WE combi-steamer in electric version from premium manufacturer Rational, year of construction 2017. The combi-steamer is from the latest SCC series, featuring triple glazing and LED lighting. The unit has undergone inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully operational.

The base frame shown is not included in the offer but can be purchased optionally. The images shown are sample photos; originals will follow shortly. The combi-steamer is available from calendar week 14.

In automatic mode, the unit independently detects the ideal cooking path for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing), as well as the size of the food, loading quantity, and product-specific requirements.
