This Rational combi-steamer is a CombiMaster® Plus model with 5 x 1/1 GN (Gastro-Norm) tray positions, in electric version, allowing the use of deeper GN containers per rack slot (conversion to a 6-level suspension rack is possible).

This combi-steamer was primarily used for reheating prepackaged meals and is therefore in very well-maintained used condition.
