RANDEK AB JS400C

The Randek Cut-Out Saw JS400C is designed for making notches at the ends of wood pieces, for example, to accommodate a beam into upright studs.

The machine fixes the timber pneumatically and makes two cuts using both 400mm diameter saw blades. The maximum cut length is 380 mm and the cutting depth can be set up to a maximum of 115 mm. Operation is quick and simple via a foot pedal.

Function Description
The timber to be notched, e.g. a stud, is pushed into the covered saw slot up to the preset stop. The protruding end is supported on a roller stand (not included). Via the foot pedal, the timber is pneumatically clamped and the sawing process is activated.

Safety
The saw is securely shielded with a cover plate to prevent contact. Opening the cover automatically disconnects the power supply, minimizing the risk of injury.
