All products ranging in size from a euro coin up to 200 mm in width can be processed by this compact powerhouse. Burrs and surface irregularities are removed on the infeed side via a grinding unit, resulting in a smooth, burr-free surface. This is followed by two oscillating comb brushes that apply gentle pressure. The brushes ensure consistent rounding of all edges and holes—both around and within the flat-ground product—leading to the most optimal finish possible.

The F200 XL offers options for automatic brush calibration, ensuring consistent consistency and precision, as well as complete ERP control and flawless integration into automated production environments. In short, this is a finishing machine that is fully future-proof!
