The F200 XL is a 3-station machine equipped as standard with the brush height tracking system developed by Q-Fin. In combination with its straightforward button-operated control system, this ensures that both setting up and operating the F200 are intuitive, making it the most user-friendly machine available on the market. The machine comes standard with steplessly adjustable speeds for both the conveyor and the brush(es) and/or grinding heads, allowing for all possible operations and desired results. You determine the required finish yourself.

The F200 XL can be optionally fitted with either a vacuum system (for non-ferrous metals, e.g. stainless steel and aluminium) or a magnet system (for ferrous metals). These systems provide effective fixation of workpieces on the conveyor table, enabling safe, fast, and problem-free processing even of small workpieces (from 10 x 10 mm using the magnet system). This is precisely why we at Q-Fin believe that a narrow machine is ideal for small parts, while a wider machine is preferable for larger workpieces. In many cases, the throughput speed of this machine is up to five times higher than comparable machines.
