Automatic Sheet and Profile Shot Blasting Machine

Preferred for surface cleaning tasks on products such as sheet metal, NPI, NPU, angles, profiles, etc.

The parts to be blasted are conveyed via roller conveyors at the machine’s inlet and outlet. Turbines are installed at suitable angles within the machine housing to ensure the surfaces of the workpieces can be blasted from both above and below.

Its key advantages include the ability to blast products quickly. Both semi-finished and finished products can be transported on the roller conveyor and conveying system.

The digital speed control system we use in our machines allows adjustment for each load based on part type and the desired blasting surface.

The machine is designed and manufactured according to the size, weight, and daily quantity of parts to be blasted. Conveyor lengths can be extended or shortened according to customer requirements.
