The mash on the belt is pressed against cylinders, and the extracted juice flows into the collection trays beneath the press. The pressing process of the Band Press 400 is continuous.

The most advanced feature of our POWERPRESS line is the integrated pump and associated collection tank in the Band Press 400. This not only saves you the cost of a separate tank and pump but also conserves valuable space. The juice yield from apples using our band press is approximately 75%.

A sieve system is built into the collection tray, ensuring juice filtration already takes place as part of the pressing process, resulting in an even purer end product. The band press operates automatically: if the mash hopper is full, the upstream machines are automatically switched off. When the collection tray is full, the juice pump transfers the juice to the tanks.

The band press is equipped with a high-pressure cleaner that continually washes the belt. Our belt cleaning system is straightforward, does not include motors or reduction gears, which extends service life and reduces maintenance costs.

After operation, the band press should be manually washed with a water jet. A complete wash takes about 15-20 minutes. Cleaning is simple, and all parts of the band press can be easily removed without tools.

The belt tension is adjustable. The machine is constructed entirely from stainless steel and has adjustable feet. Easy to clean with no closed or inaccessible areas; all components are easy to assemble.
