The washing-lift-milling unit is constructed from stainless steel. First, the operator fills the wash tank with fruits and vegetables, adding clean water. A conveyor belt then elevates the products to the mill. During this lifting process, water nozzles spray the fruits and vegetables with clean water. The machine mills the produce into fruit mash. Finally, the fruit and vegetable mash exits the mill.

- The machine features a round milling head, ensuring that all the processed mash is discharged directly for further processing. This design greatly facilitates cleaning, as there are no corners where residues can accumulate. Our round-shape technology outperforms other manufacturers, as significant mash often remains stuck in the corners of square heads for hours, potentially causing juice fermentation.
- The machine is equipped with an additional table in front of the tank for placing fruits or crates, making product loading easier.
- The V-shaped wash tank guides fruit and vegetables directly onto the conveyor belt, minimizing residue in the tank.
- The integrated water spray system provides additional cleaning as the fruit is conveyed onto the belt.
- The belt conveyor features a water drain and speed adjustment system.
- Conveyor speed can be regulated from the control panel.
- Interchangeable graters/screens for various fruits and berries are available as options.
