Single-use PET bottling line, comprising the following components:
- Crate ejector (crate emptier, Gera GmbH, 20 ejector units in a 4x5 arrangement)
- PET shredder (Strautmann BrikPress 240, year 2019)
- Crate washer with cleaning nozzles
- Preform unscrambler
- Stretch blow molding machine (SIPA, type SFR 8 EVO, with 8 cavities)
- Stretch blow molding machine (SIG, type Blomax 18, year 2003, with 18 cavities)
- Premix unit (Procomac Starmix, year 2001, 200 hl/h) comprising water deaeration, mixer, and carbonation with a total of 4 tanks and two candle filters for water treatment
- Velcorin dosing system (dmt, Burdomat II G)
- Cap feeder and cap conveyor system
- PET bottle rinser, filler, and capper (Procomac)
- Fill level inspection system (Heuft Spectrum TX) with reject system
- Labelling machine (P.E. Futura) for hot-melt wraparound labelling, block-mounted with date coding (Videojet)
- Crate packer (BMS)
- Free driven conveyor lines for bottles and crates
