Fully Automatic Saw-Punching Machine for Aluminium and Plastic Profiles

The Profilma 502 ST-V combines precise sawing and punching in a continuous, automated process. Based on the proven Profilma 502 model, this machine is ideally suited for high production volumes, complex machining operations, and processing of material bundles.

Control is managed via a Siemens S7 system with touch display, piece counter, cycle time display, and integrated error diagnostics. An IXON router enables secure remote access via VPN. Up to 10 punching dimensions can be programmed per job.

• 500–550 mm saw blades
• Saw drive: 7.5 kW, S6, 400 V, 50 Hz, 2,850 rpm
• Continuously variable speed control
• Saw cut from below, powered feed
• Material feed: 3–800 mm, reversible up to 4,000 mm
• Ball screw spindle with servo drive and round shaft guide
• Remnant piece: from 75 mm (sawing mode), from 80 mm (punching/sawing mode)*

Punching Unit:
• Vertical hydraulic punching unit (discharge side) with automatic oil cooling
