Condition of the Baler:

The baler has been partially overhauled in our workshop and subsequently tested in manual and automatic operation.

The following overhaul work was carried out:
- Machine cleaned, partially de-rusted and partially repainted
- Hydraulic oil tank fully drained and cleaned
- Oil and air filters replaced, new hydraulic oil filled
- Press ram disassembled and cleaned
- All four press ram rollers disassembled and renewed
- Grease cartridges of the automatic roller lubrication system replaced
- Guide rails on the baler floor in the pressing chamber cut out
- Floor reinforced with welded plates
- New HARDOX guide rails welded in
- Wire station and deflection pulleys for lower wire cleaned and serviced
- Guide rails from the floor of the press channel cut out
- New HARDOX guide rails welded in
- Both side walls of the press channel disassembled and de-rusted
- Worn side wall plates removed
- Complete side walls fitted and welded with new wear plates
- Main hydraulic cylinder disassembled and overhauled for inspection
- Piston rod replaced, cylinder tube honed
- All sealing sets replaced, pressure test performed
- Vertical needle system for tying disassembled, cleaned, wire deflection pulleys serviced and maintained
- Chain cleaned, greased, tension readjusted
- Drillomat cleaned, wire cutter, drilling shafts and drilling fingers checked, retorqued, and serviced
- Machine inspected, general maintenance work carried out, and baler tested in both manual and automatic operation

Remarks:
The baler is sold without a conveyor belt and without wire stations. Inspection is possible by prior arrangement. We assume no liability for the technical specifications or any errors.
