screen input and all necessary monitoring and fault diagnosis systems
for fully automatic operation.
- 2 milling spindle units, left and right, adjustable to all required
angular positions, CNC-controlled:
Z and W axes = tool cross slide / X and U axes = tool longitudinal slide,
L and O axes = milling spindle, C axis = workpiece spindle rotation.
Manually controlled: tool slide rotary table (B and E axis),
tool slide vertical adjustment (V and Y axis), tool head tilt (A and D axis),
each with ROD for digital display in the control.
- Hydraulic workpiece clamping device in combination with an
automatic loading system via workpiece feed/conveyor belt and swing loader,
as well as air system monitoring for the workpiece.
- Coolant system with chip conveyor, soundproof enclosure,
central lubrication, integrated hydraulic unit, pneumatically actuated
safety doors, deburring equipment, etc.

The machine operates on the hobbing principle with electronically synchronized
tool and workpiece axes for machining straight roof profiles, both
