Overview
This is a new brewhouse that has already been partially completed. If required, the brewhouse can be finished within 3-4 months. It features fully automatic control, with the option to switch to semi-automatic operation.

Technical Data
Maximum malt quantity: 350 kg per brew batch
Brew batch size: 10 hl original wort up to 22°P
Heating system with steam multipliers
Steam demand: 150 kg/h
Heating output in mash tun/boiling kettle: 1°C per minute or faster
Temperature of cold wort: 6°C (adjustable to customer requirements)
Wort cooling within 50 minutes
Number of brew batches with infusion mashing: 3-4
