BITUMEN TANK (50 TONS)
• The tank capacity must be 50 tons.
• The tanks must be manufactured in accordance with TSE and Highway Commission standards.
• The tank must be equipped with a thermal oil heating system.
• Seamless serpentine piping system for heating
• The bitumen temperature must reach mixing temperature
• The fuel tank must include a level and temperature indicator, suction nozzle, filling port and ventilation system, inspection hatch, and drain.
• There must be support legs under the tank, and its surface must be insulated with 50 mm rock wool and covered with 0.80 mm galvanized sheet metal.

1. THERMAL OIL GENERATOR
• The generator capacity must be 2,000,000 kcal/h.
• The system must be designed for diesel fuel operation.
• The generator must include a 1,500 l supply tank.

• The generator must be horizontal, have a seamless steel-drawn thermal oil line, be double-walled, and of circulating body type.
• The generator body must be insulated with 100 mm rock wool and covered with aluminum sheeting.
• The generator system must be manufactured according to production standards and must include an expansion tank, a degasser, oil filter, valves, and a fully automatic ignition-controlled burner, control panel, pump, and necessary safety equipment.
• The serpentine coil must be made of at least 30 m² of seamless steel pipe.
• The generator must be equipped with a coupled warning system to protect the entire system in case of hazardous situations due to high oil level or decreasing heat transfer oil level.
• The burner system must be designed for automatic activation according to the operational temperature setting of the heat transfer oil.
• The system must be manufactured as a complete package.
