This is a modern CNC plasma cutter designed for industrial applications, used for cutting sheet metal and profiles with a plasma torch. It features a robust construction made from the highest quality steel and aluminum, a large cutting area, the ability to cut elements of any shape, and low process execution costs.

Material cutting is performed in a short time while maintaining high precision of detail reproduction. To obtain the desired shape, simply import a file into the software, making operation of this cutter easy and intuitive.

Our plasma cutters are primarily intended for processing the following materials:
- Mild steel
- Stainless steel

CONSTRUCTION
The plasma cutter frame is designed and manufactured from scratch in our factory. The high-quality steel used in machine production is cut, welded, and then subjected to precise machining. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms are additionally reinforced with ribs to provide high rigidity and eliminate vibrations and deformations.

DRIVES
Our cutters are equipped with high-resolution, high-power Servo AC motors, which ensure proper acceleration and speed in all directions. These are very dynamic and precise motors with feedback control, guaranteeing no deviation by continuously monitoring operating parameters. Classical and proven helical racks are used on the X and Y axes, providing high durability and precision.

TORCH
Our plasma machines are fitted with components from the leading manufacturer PGCNC. The technologies applied in the torch significantly increase productivity and cutting speed. HD technology ensures improved hole quality, greater piercing capability, and bevel cutting options. This guarantees high quality, repeatable cuts and maximizes productivity with minimal operating costs and maximum reliability.

SLATTED TABLE
The slatted table is manufactured using technology that is resistant to high-temperature operation. This allows for continuous work without the risk of burn-throughs that would prevent even material placement on the worktable. The arrangement of the slats can be easily adjusted depending on the size of the cut parts. The slatted table is an excellent solution for cutting thicker materials.

SOFTWARE
The machine comes equipped with Starfire 2D CAD/CAM software. Users have access to various functions, including the ability to import ready-made vector designs in formats such as .dxf, .plt, .ai, and .eps. The program ensures fast and precise generation of cutting paths.

POWER SOURCE
The machine's standard equipment includes a 120A power source, distinguished by high performance, cutting quality, and speed.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
The plasma cutter is also equipped with an automatic lubrication system, minimizing the need for maintenance. The central lubrication system is a simple and functional device designed to deliver oil to points where machine components are in contact with one another.
