Each work cycle typically produces four air cushions, and different formats can be manufactured. Ten programs are available for storing multiple parameters. By selecting the appropriate program via the display, air cushions from 4 cm to 16 cm in length and with a custom-defined fill level can be produced. The resulting air cushion strips are wound onto rolls using a motorized device. When the roll is full, the machine switches off automatically. The finished roll can then be removed manually and subsequently used as packaging material.

The machine can be moved on rollers and secured in place with brakes.
