CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser machine is designed and manufactured entirely in our factory. High-quality steel is used for production, which is cut, welded, and then precision-machined. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms are reinforced with additional ribbing to ensure high rigidity and to eliminate vibrations and deformations.

Our machines are equipped with high-resolution, high-power Schneider AC servo motors (Y1/Y2 x 2000W, X 1500W, Z 400W), ensuring proper acceleration and speeds in each axis. Power transmission is provided via high-grade planetary gearboxes. The X and Y axes utilize robust, proven helical racks that guarantee durability and precision.

CUTTING HEAD
Sheet metal cutting is performed using a water-cooled WSX cutting head. High-quality quartz glass lenses focus the dispersed laser beam onto the workpiece, ensuring precise cutting. The HSU system automatically adjusts the head height to compensate for material unevenness. A protective window between the nozzle and the lens safeguards the lens group from molten metal splatter.

LASER SOURCE
The machine is equipped with a Raycus Laser source, which offers high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and a high-quality beam. This enables faster, more efficient operation and helps minimize operator errors. The laser source is resistant to back reflection, preventing beam return to the laser. Stable power delivery ensures effective performance with minimal energy use.

COOLING
Industrial-grade S&A CWFL dual-temperature chillers are specially designed for fiber laser cooling. They feature multiple alarm functions: compressor time delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm, and high/low temperature alarms.

EXCHANGEABLE WORKTABLE
The exchangeable worktable, located at the rear of the machine, minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table exchange takes only 10 seconds. This allows the operator to remove cut parts and load new sheet material while the laser operates on the other table. This system ensures very high production efficiency.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To keep the machine in optimal condition, racks and linear guides must be lubricated with oil at least every few days. The automatic system activates lubrication at set intervals and in the proper amount, with all parameters adjustable via the control software.
