The FIBER CUT laser cutting machines are a revolutionary solution on the laser cutting market. Innovative fiber laser technology enables much faster, more efficient, and cost-effective sheet metal cutting compared to CO2 lasers. These cutting machines feature high speed, productivity, and exceptional cutting accuracy. They deliver unparalleled precision and repeatability.
Our fiber lasers are primarily intended for processing the following materials:

LASER SOURCE POWER: 3000W
CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser has been designed and manufactured entirely in our factory. The high-grade steel used for machine production is cut, then welded, and precisely machined. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms have additional ribbing to ensure high rigidity and eliminate vibrations and deformations.
DRIVES
Our machines are powered by high-resolution, high-power Schneider AC servo systems (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, z 400W), ensuring proper acceleration and speed in all directions. Power transmission is achieved through high-quality planetary gearboxes. Classic, proven helical racks are used on the X and Y axes, ensuring durability and precision.
CUTTING HEAD
Sheet metal cutting is performed with a water-cooled WSX head. High-grade quartz glass lenses focus the dispersed laser beam on the material, ensuring high cutting accuracy. To maintain optimal processing, the HSU system automatically adjusts the head height, compensating for material irregularities. A protective window located between the nozzle and the lens shields the lens assembly from splashes of molten metal.
LASER SOURCE
The machine uses a Raycus Laser source, known for high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and superior beam quality. This allows for faster, more effective operation and helps eliminate operator errors. The source is also resistant to back reflection, i.e., the return of the beam to the laser. Stable power output ensures efficient operation while minimizing energy consumption.
COOLING
Industrial S&A CWFL dual-temperature chillers are specially designed for cooling fiber lasers. These units are equipped with extensive alarm functions: compressor delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm, and high/low temperature alarm.
EXCHANGEABLE WORK TABLE
The exchangeable work table, located at the rear of the machine, minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table exchange takes only 10 seconds. This feature allows the operator to remove cut parts from the table and load a new metal sheet while the laser continues working on the other table. This system guarantees a very high production throughput.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To keep the machine in optimal condition, rack and guide rails must be lubricated with oil at least every few days. The automatic system initiates lubrication at preset intervals and in the correct quantity, with all parameters configurable via the software.
