FIBER CUT laser cutting machines represent a revolutionary solution! CONSTRUCTION

The frame of our laser is designed and manufactured in-house at our facility. The high-quality steel used in production is cut, welded, and then subjected to precision machining. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms are reinforced with additional ribbing to ensure high rigidity and eliminate vibrations and deformations.

LASER SOURCE
The machine utilizes a Raycus Laser light source with high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and superior beam quality. This not only allows for faster and more effective operation, but also helps prevent operator errors. Furthermore, the laser source is resistant to backreflection effects (the return of the beam to the laser). Stable power output guarantees efficient operation with low energy consumption.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To maintain the machine in optimal condition, the racks and linear guides must be lubricated with oil at least every few days. The automatic system triggers lubrication at specified intervals and in the correct quantity; all parameters are set within the software.
