Polar 137 XT AT PACE

Large, semi-automated Pace cutting system Polar 137 XT-Autotrim with stack lift, jogging unit with counting scale, gripper transport system, turning gripper, and unloader, built in 2010, with approximately 5.43 million cuts.

Workflow:
The material to be cut is raised to an optimal working height using a loading lift, placed into the jogging unit by the operator, jogged, and then automatically transferred by the Autotrans gripper system from behind the jogger onto the rear table of the high-speed cutter and rotated as required.
After cutting, the Transomat automatically places the layers onto a pallet,
while cutting can continue simultaneously.

Jogging Unit RAH-4 with air removal roller and discharge for rear table feeding

The jogged material is automatically discharged to the rear into the STR stack rack.
The Autotrans gripper transport system then handles the layer transport to the rear table of the high-speed cutter.

Gripper transport system POLAR Autoturn – Clamp transport for rear table loading and turning gripper
takes the prepared cutting layer from the stack rack or buffer table.

Via air tables, whose air cushion optimizes material flow, the material is directly conveyed to the rear table of the high-speed cutter and deposited precisely there.
The gripping system holds the cutting layer firmly during transport, ensuring layers stay perfectly aligned even when pre-aligned.
