The High Quality Press Brake (HQPB) represents the top model among Placke press brakes. The entire manufacturing process, from hydraulic cylinders to control cabinets, takes place in-house. By combining cutting-edge technology with many years of experience in forming technology, the HQPB series enables precision bending at the highest level. Even the standard base model is a fully functional press brake. This package of safety, reliability, and efficiency, along with intuitive operation, allows us to meet the highest demands for accuracy in the bending process.
Machine Body:
- Base frame made from steel S 355 N
- Side frames with two pressure pipes and top-mounted oil tank, welded construction
- Above-floor design
- Two-component structured paint finish, light grey (RAL 7035) and signal grey (RAL 7004)
Upper Beam:
- Press beam stress-relieved by annealing
- Depth measurement head guided by ball rail system
- Independent Y1 and Y2 axis control, electronic tilt monitoring
Hydraulic System:
- Hydraulic proportional control valves with electronically monitored cylinder parallelism
- Solid steel cylinders with induction-hardened piston rods
- Low-noise internal gear pump
Punch Clamping:
- Top tool clamping system WILA, hydraulic clamping system, type NSCL-II-HC, fully hardened, max. load: head-bearing = 250 t/m, shoulder-bearing = 300 t/m
Lower Beam:
- Slim table including manual clamping strip, dimensions: 95 mm high, 95 mm wide

Front of the Machine:
Two aluminum support arms at the front, approx. 600 mm long, including two tilt stops, measuring tape, and plastic wear strip. The support arms are adjustable and move on a linear ball rail and can be set to accommodate die heights from 55 mm to 100 mm via elongated slots. The linear guide is integrated into the lower beam.
