Machine is in like-new condition.
The High Quality Press Brake (HQPB) is the top model amongst Placke press brakes. The entire manufacturing process, from the hydraulic cylinder to the control cabinet construction, takes place in-house. By utilising state-of-the-art technology combined with years of experience in metal forming, the HQPB series enables bending operations at the highest standard. Even the basic version, supplied as standard, is a fully functional press brake. This package of safety, reliability, and efficiency, together with straightforward operation, allows us to meet the highest requirements for precision in the bending process.
Machine body:
- Base machine, constructed from S 355 N steel
- Side frames welded with 2 pressure pipes and top-mounted oil tank
- Above-floor design
- Coating (2-component structural paint), light grey (RAL 7035) and signal grey (RAL 7004)
Upper beam:
- Press beam stress-relieved annealed
- Immersion depth measurement, reading head guided via ball bearing guide
- Separate Y1 and Y2 control, electrical tilt monitoring
Hydraulic system:
- Hydraulic proportional control valve system with electronically monitored cylinder synchronisation
- Solid steel cylinders with inductively hardened piston rods
- Low-noise internal gear pump
Ram clamping:
- Upper tool adapter system WILA, hydraulic clamping system, type NSCL-II-HC, fully hardened, Max. load: head-bearing = 250 t/m, shoulder-bearing = 300 t/m
Lower beam:
- Narrow table incl. manual clamping bar, dimensions: 48 mm high, 70 mm wide
- Reinforced lower beam. The use of a mechanical crowning system for deflection compensation is not required by design.
- Single-V die holder (13x20)
- Working height: 1050 mm → with 55 mm tool height
Front of the machine:
2 aluminium support arms at the front, approx. 600 mm long, incl. 2 tilting stops, measuring tape, and plastic wear strip. The support arms are moveable on a recirculating ball guide and can be height-adjusted via a slotted hole from 55 mm up to 100 mm die height. The ball guide is milled into the lower beam.
