Special feature:
Pallet changer with two stations, equipped with a
faceplate Ø1800 mm and a six-jaw lever compensating chuck
with mechanical centrifugal force compensation, Ø1800 mm.

The machine is installed in a pit.

Condition description:
About half a year ago, the cross-roller bearing on the Carnaghi
was replaced. All Siemens components in the control cabinet
were also completely renewed at the end of 2023.
The machine is equipped with a probe for tool measurement
and an external Renishaw probe for workpiece measurement.
As a special feature, the machine has a probe mounted on the Z-axis
(Z1 axis). This provides both increased accuracy and time savings,
as there is no need to remove the tool for measurement.
However, this probe is currently deactivated and should be overhauled
before recommissioning.
Additionally, the machine has a Rotomors six-jaw lever compensating chuck
with centrifugal force compensation, which was completely renewed in 2020/21.
