Note: The machine is situated in a pit. Condition Description: About half a year ago, the cross roller bearing on the Carnaghi was replaced. The Siemens components in the control cabinet were also completely renewed at the end of 2023. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a probe for tool measurement and an external Renishaw probe for workpiece measurement. As an added feature, the machine is also equipped with a probe on the Z-axis (Z1-axis). This offers accuracy and time advantages, as the tool does not need to be unloaded for measurement. However, this probe is currently deactivated and should be overhauled before recommissioning. In addition, the machine has a Rotomors six-jaw counterbalance chuck with centrifugal force compensation, which was fully overhauled in 2020/21. The machine can be demonstrated under power/chip upon request.
