Special feature:
Pallet changer with two stations equipped with one faceplate Ø1800 mm and one six-jaw compensation chuck with mechanical centrifugal force compensation Ø1800 mm.

Note:
The machine is installed in a pit.

Condition description:
About six months ago, the cross roller bearing on the Carnaghi was replaced.
All Siemens components in the control cabinet were also completely renewed at the end of 2023.
In addition, the machine is equipped with a probe for tool measurement and an external Renishaw probe for workpiece measurement.
As a special feature, the machine has an additional probe on the Z-axis (Z1 axis). This provides an accuracy and time advantage as the tool does not have to be removed for measurement. However, this is currently deactivated and should be overhauled when recommissioned.
Furthermore, the machine features a Rotomors six-jaw compensation chuck with centrifugal force compensation, which was completely overhauled in 2020/21.
