The CNC router is constructed entirely of high-quality steel. All components undergo special heat treatment during the manufacturing process.

WORKING AREA:
The usable working area of our machining center is 2100 x 3100 [mm].

MATERIAL FIXING:
The machine is equipped with a vacuum table.

Z-AXIS TRAVEL AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
Standard Z-axis travel is 150 [mm].

DRIVES:
Our machines are powered by high-resolution, high-power AC SERVO motors, providing optimal acceleration and speed across all axes. The X and Y axes use classic, proven helical racks for high durability and precision, while the Z-axis is driven by a high-grade ball screw. All axes travel on linear rail guides.

TOOL MAGAZINE:
As standard, the machine comes equipped with a turret tool magazine with 6 ISO30 holders.

SPINDLE:
The standard spindle supplied is the HSD ES929 – 9kW.

SOFTWARE:
The machine is supplied with the latest version of dedicated CAD/CAM software, enabling quick and easy design of components, which are then converted by the software into G-code. Import of existing files from other programs is also possible.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
The machine features a Polish-made SIMCNC control system. It is equipped with an industrial computer featuring an LCD display and a wireless handwheel.
