Our skyLASER Mark systems are used exactly where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limits. With the fiber laser at a wavelength of 1064 nm, even the most delicate structures can be achieved on almost any material. Unlike conventional milling, laser processing is contact-free, force-free, and without tool wear. This yields geometric flexibility and a high degree of processing precision for your application. This processing method can be applied regardless of the hardness of the workpiece. The customizable and mobile worktable increases the system’s flexibility. You can easily integrate the system into your production line or operate it as a stand-alone solution. Our skyLASER Mark achieves extremely precise, durable marks (laser engravings) and is ideal for metals and certain organic materials.
A wide variety of fonts, barcodes, serial numbers, logos, and images can be applied effortlessly. The excellent resolution ensures virtually all marking requirements can be met. The system is suitable for producing embossing dies, engravings, labels, and complex fine structures. The software is extremely user-friendly. Even highly complex marking tasks can be easily created on the included industrial PC. Exact positioning is quick and simple, thanks to the optional monitoring camera for process observation and software-assisted workpiece alignment.
As the system has virtually no wear parts and, thanks to IPG laser technology, is almost maintenance-free, it is particularly suited for industrial applications and continuous operation.
