Our skyLaser Mark nameplate laser systems are used exactly where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limits. With the fiber laser at a wavelength of 1064nm, even the finest structures can be reproduced on almost any material. The main advantages in your application are geometric flexibility and high processing accuracy. This processing method can be used regardless of the hardness of the workpiece material. The customizable, mobile workstation increases the system’s flexibility; you can effortlessly integrate the system into your production line or use it as a stand-alone solution. Our skyLaser Mark delivers highly precise and permanent markings (laser engravings) and is particularly suited for specialized nameplate laser applications on metal and certain organic materials.

A wide range of font types can be used, and it's easy to apply barcodes, serial numbers, logos, and images. Thanks to excellent resolution, almost any marking requirement can be met. Production of embossing stamps, engravings, markings, and complex, fine details – the software is extremely user-friendly. Even highly complex and intricate marking tasks can be easily created on the supplied industrial PC. Precise positioning is done in seconds thanks to an optional observation camera for process monitoring and software-assisted workpiece alignment.

Since the system has virtually no wear parts and is nearly maintenance-free due to the IPG laser technology, it is ideal for industrial and continuous operation.
