is organizing a public auction with ascending bidding for the sale of the asset described in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00 at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office, Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. If the auction is not awarded, it will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, and 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For the inspection of the assets, the judicial liquidator will designate a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and confirm their intention to attend before the scheduled date.

During the auction sessions, the judicial liquidator may organize additional inspection days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

Upon sale, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the adjudicated assets. The conversion to RON will be according to the BNR exchange rate valid on the date of invoice issuance.
The auction increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction participation file ("Caiet de sarcini") will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practice, will contain the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT. It can be purchased at the liquidator's office or by phone, in which case it will be sent by email to the participant.
The participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documents, must be submitted at the liquidator’s office at least 24 hours prior to the auction date. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the final price for winning bidders and reimbursed to those not declared winners.

In the case of equal bids, the bidder who commits to paying the full price in the shortest period will be declared the winner.

The payment term for the price will be 5 working days from the date of awarding. If the remainder is not paid, the adjudicator will forfeit the advance paid as a guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions.
