The company DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT ID RO27987796, registration number 2A0522, represented by insolvency practitioner Daniel-Lucian Godorogea as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apartment 1, Cluj County, registered with the Cluj Trade Register under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed as such by the Civil Ruling no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 pronounced by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,
organizes a public auction (ascending bid) for the sale of the asset(s) identified in this announcement. The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00 at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. If the asset(s) are not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

To schedule a viewing of the asset(s), the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intent to attend prior to this date.
In the event of a successful bid, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the awarded asset(s). The conversion of the price into RON will be made on the invoice issuing date, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania for that day.
The auction increment is 5% of the starting price.
The terms of reference for participation in the auction will be drafted by the judicial liquidator according to industry standards, will include the auction participation rules, and will be provided by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT. This document can be purchased at the office of the judicial liquidator or by phone and will be sent to the participant by email.
The participation guarantee will amount to 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documents, must be submitted at the liquidator’s office at least 24 hours prior to the auction date. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the goods for which the participant is declared the winner and will be refunded to those who are not declared winners.
In the case of equal bids, the participant who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest term will be declared the winner.
The term for payment of the price is 5 working days from the moment of the award. If the full price is not paid, the awarded participant will lose the advance paid as a guarantee and will no longer be able to participate in future auctions to be organized.
