The Packtech AF-35 is a pneumomechanical vertical automatic machine designed for weighing, dosing, and packing bulk materials into “pillow” type bags. It is ideally suited for packaging pellets, grains, salt, sugar, animal feed, fertilizers, and other free-flowing materials—even at large batch sizes up to 50 kg.

Thanks to its weighing dosing system, the device ensures high precision (error margin 0.5–1%) and a wide dosing range from 2 to 25 kg per batch. The machine operates fully automatically, requiring minimal operator intervention.

The machine can be integrated with loading conveyors, enabling automatic product level maintenance in the hopper. The construction complies with ISO 12100:2010 safety standards, and all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
