The machine is equipped with:

RMV-40 – Automatic edge magazine, 0.4-3 mm edge thickness, trimming shears with roller and optical sensor, trims the edge length on the workpiece (edge saving)
Automatic edge feeder with optical monitoring of individual pre-cut edges in fixed lengths
Combi Melt – gluing zone, compatible with EVA and PUR hot-melt adhesives, as well as all standard cleaning granulates

Machine control:
Via 15-inch color touch monitor, unlimited number of work programs, sequentially saved; all pre-setting of working units and operating parameters of the combimelt gluing system for full automation and top user convenience.

Via Beckhoff industrial PC, selected units can be adjusted during machine loading

Working units:
-F- Pre-milling:
For pre-milling workpieces before glue application,
2 HF motors 1.5 kW, in both directions, automatically controlled
-Kc- Double end trimming unit:
with 2 high-frequency motors 0.3 kW, 12,000 rpm
-Bfc– Rough miller:
Rough miller for massive edge trimming from the surface and rounding radius milling
-Hft- Fine radius milling unit:
with 2 high-frequency motors 0.3 kW, 12,000 rpm,
double-sided, automatically adjustable
-AKF- Automated copy milling unit as a universal milling aggregate:
With two separate spindles for upper or lower, both for longitudinal and corner processing. Automatic switching from beveling for thin edge up to 1 mm to radius processing.
-ZKc- Scraper unit R2:
Double-sided processing, automatic control, for removing roundings
FZK – Flat scraper for removing the edge and glue excess
-GE- Second operation for workpiece guiding (possibility to pivot away or towards the machine)
-GS- Application of sliding fluid onto edge
-RS Set – 4-way chemical spraying and cleaning unit
-ZKc- Scraper unit R1
-WE Angle fence – ensures precise workpiece alignment into the edgebander

Trouble-free machine in excellent condition with regular OTT (Asamer s.r.o.) servicing
The machine is currently in full production operation, inspection is possible – PUR gluing is running. Collection available at the end of 2025.
