Dust Extractor "11 kW, DCO-8L"
Description
The "DCO Otinus" series dust extractor is a high-quality solution for industrial high-pressure extraction systems. Powered by a SIEMENS-brand motor, the extractor generates static pressure by removing air laden with dust and harmful fumes from the machining area. The filtration process consists of several stages. In the first stage, the air directed into the device passes through a deflector, which slows its speed and causes the largest particles to fall into the settling chamber. Smaller particles enter the filter section fitted with ultra-dense filter cartridges from renowned manufacturers (H&V, Ahlstrom, TORAY). Particles are captured here, and the cleaned air is directed to other extraction areas. Particles accumulated on the filters are easily removed by means of pulse-jet compressed air—with discharge controlled by solenoid valves—additionally assisted by microscopic filter vibrations. This solution significantly extends the service life of the filter cartridges and improves the quality of the purified air. The particles fall from the filters into the settling chamber, from which they can be quickly and easily removed.
