Brand-new combined universal long-belt sander – brushing machine – polishing machine in gantry design

Sanding length and width configurable according to customer requirements. Also available with two sanding belts in parallel, enabling two workstations for pre-sanding and finish sanding without belt change, plus a brush and polishing head with automatic longitudinal adjustment from left to right.

The machine is suitable for coarse and fine sanding, structuring (brushing), polishing, and high-gloss polishing of a wide variety of surfaces – including painted workpieces, natural materials, various metal sheets such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, and a range of plastics.
