The FX3-3 Series identifies 3-roll mechanical asymmetric bending machines with full initial pinch. The side roll (bending roll) is equipped as standard with steel supports and bearings, with external bronze bushings to ensure maximum reliability and minimal friction over time. Rotation is applied to the TOP and BOTTOM rolls via reducer and self-braking motor; likewise, the movement and sheet clamping are driven by top-brand motors and reducers.

Features include induction hardened rolls, motorized movement and clamping, provision for profile bending rolls, and a conical device positioned directly on the top roll, making this model an excellent balance of absolute quality and operator ease for a wide variety of cylindrical and conical rolling applications.

The top roll opens laterally as standard for easy extraction of the rolled shell.
