NS Maquinas FC 120 ZK

The FC120 ZK grinding machine has been designed to ensure easy operation when grinding/polishing square tubes and flat profiles.

This machine processes workpieces up to 120 mm in width through 3 possible combinations of abrasive belt and brush heads.

The FC120 ZK combines one abrasive belt head (Z) with a brush head (K).

Abrasive belt head:
Provides surface finishing during the grinding process of square tubes and flat profile elements – removes coarse defects and burrs.

Brush head:
Final finishing after grinding – gives the surface a smooth and uniform finish.

The FC120 ZK guarantees high and consistent quality when processing stainless steel square tubes and flat profiles – tube by tube.

Abrasive belt change:
Abrasive belts can be changed within seconds, without tools.
