This labeling machine, type: Novexx Solutions ALS 206, was manufactured in 2012 and used for carton labeling applications. With this solution, labels with a width of 10 - 156 mm (material width incl. backing material max. 160 mm) are applied to the side of products. The product surface must be flat to ensure consistent label application. Both paper and rigid PE label materials can be used. The maximum dispensing speed is 30 m/min. The stand, featuring a vertically and horizontally adjustable spindle, allows for flexible integration into conveyor belt systems. The product sensor must be connected to the ALS's M12 connector. The machine includes both a top and bottom labeling unit, each with infeed and outfeed conveyors. Top unit model ALS 206, bottom unit ALX 924/5. Can be supplied with PC and labeling machine for carton labels. Stand included. The Subway labeler was new 2 years ago. This is a raised device.
