Complete NESS smoking installation designed for thermal processing, smoking, and cooling of meat products. The set consists of smoke chambers of various capacities, a cooling shower, a chip smoke generator, and a condensate tank with Grundfos circulation pumps.

The NESS installation is an advanced smoking system enabling a complete technological process: smoking, cooking, cooling, and drying. The chambers are equipped with independent control cabinets with Digitronic RF3 D-N system, allowing for precise management of process parameters. The Duschmatic cooling shower ensures rapid and uniform cooling of products after smoking. The chip smoke generator and condensate system with Grundfos pumps guarantee reliable and hygienic operation of the entire system.
