Upper Pressure Bar

Panel Conveyor
Long, heat-treated semicircular guide rail allows perfect contact with the conveyor, with zero play.
The conveyor is fixed to the machine body for stability of wide panels, with a maximum extension width of 600mm.

Narrow Part Feeding Package
Feeding package for narrow parts, ensuring the narrow edge is at least 40 mm.

Pre-Milling Unit
Pre-milling with 2 diamond cutters, 43mm height.
Two pneumatically controlled motors (2 x 3.7kW), intermittent milling of the panel edge.

Panel Pre-Heating Unit x2
Heats the panel edge so glue melts properly, ideal for humid or cold areas.
An infrared lamp with an operating temperature of 300°C heats the part end for improved adhesion.

Edgebanding Magazine Support x2
Large support at suitable height for easy feeding and long service life.

Edgeband Shearing Unit x2
Pneumatically operated guillotine with electric switch for precise cutting of the edging strip at the end.

Premelter Gluing Unit x2
System features an upper reservoir for optimal volume and a small lower tank to keep adhesive fresh.

Automatic Glue Pumping + 25kg Basin
Adhesive is automatically pumped to the upper reservoir when the level drops below the sensor.

Glue Scraping Unit (Flat)
Removal of residual edgeband, followed by flat scraping to remove excess glue from the upper and lower panel surfaces.

Spraying Unit - Cleaning Agent
Separation agent before pre-milling, preventing adhesive from sticking to the panel surface.

2 Sets of Polishing Units
For 2 adhesive colors (dark and light) to prevent contamination.

Solution for Narrow Parts
Allows processing of workpieces with sizes: 120x120mm (all 4 sides), 200x40mm (long side), 40x200mm (short side).
