Water or other liquids PET bottle filling line – capacity approx. 6000 bph 2.0 L

Currently, the machines are set up for 2.0 L PET bottle format (no other formats included in the set).

It is possible to adjust the format for smaller or larger PET bottles with the preparation of appropriate tooling.

The line includes:
Lajdpfx Adowny Hgo Tei

- Nagema BF-60 filler with 12-head bottle capper
- Plate conveyors for PET bottles
- Nagema KOMI 160 type carbonator
- Spomasz wrap-around paper labeler
- Bottle packer with control cabinet for producing shrink-packs (e.g., 2x3)
- Electric shrinking oven + cooling fan for multipacks
- Pallet wrapper

The last photo shows the layout and dimensions of the machines.

Technical condition: The machines were in working order until production ended in 2018. A full inspection and maintenance are recommended before resuming production.

Optionally, a SIDEL SBO4 blow molder, which operated with this line, can be purchased additionally.
