The space-saving, swiveling vacuum press with a pressing area of 3500 mm x 1420 mm.

Technical standard features of the vacuum press:

Unless otherwise agreed, the vacuum press is powder-coated in RAL 7012 and RAL 7035. Special colors are available upon request; this must be clarified in advance and may incur additional costs.

Welded table construction for professional use, mounted on a swiveling carriage with 4 swivel castors, surface load capacity: 150 kg. When not in use, the machine can be swiveled and locked in a space-saving position, reducing the depth requirement to 800 mm. The tabletop is made from a 22 mm thick laminate MDF panel, covered in the pressing area with a slotted MDF vacuum distribution plate.

The membrane frame opening is supported by 2 gas pressure springs mounted on the sides of the machine. A natural rubber membrane with 2 mm thickness, 780% elasticity, and temperature resistance up to 70 °C is installed, fastened with a clamping system for efficient membrane changes. Circumferential sealing of the pressing chamber is provided by a sealing profile in the membrane frame.

Oil-lubricated vacuum pump with 40 m³/h suction capacity and two vacuum tanks with a total volume of 200 liters. Evacuation and ventilation of the pressing chamber are controlled via a 3-way ball valve on the machine front.

The machine is delivered pre-assembled on a pallet. Please note that unloading requires a forklift with sufficient lifting capacity and fork length.
