The space-saving, swiveling vacuum press with a pressing area of 3500 mm x 1420 mm.

Technical basic equipment of the vacuum press:

Unless otherwise agreed, the vacuum press is powder-coated in RAL 7012 and RAL 7035 as standard. Special color options are available upon request, must be clarified in advance, and may incur additional costs.

Welded table construction for professional use, mounted on a swiveling carriage, fitted with 4 castors, surface load capacity: 150 kg. When not in use, the machine can be swiveled and locked to save space, reducing the depth requirement to only 800 mm. The table surface is made from a 22 mm thick MDF laminate panel, covered in the pressing area with a slotted MDF vacuum distributor plate.

The membrane frame opens with the support of 2 gas springs mounted laterally on the machine. A natural rubber membrane (2 mm thickness, 780% elasticity, temperature resistant up to 70°C) is installed, fixed with a clamping system for rapid membrane replacement. The pressing chamber is fully sealed with a continuous gasket profile integrated in the membrane frame.

Oil-lubricated vacuum pump with a suction capacity of 40 m³/h and two vacuum tanks with a total volume of 200 liters. Press chamber evacuation and aeration are performed via a 3-way ball valve located at the front of the machine.

The machine is pre-assembled and delivered on a pallet. Please note that a forklift with sufficient lifting capacity and fork length is required for unloading.
