Finger jointing machine for vertical and horizontal milling, finger joint profiles, with newly developed clamping stations and transfer mechanism on the milling carriage, the MINDA - MACH I offers the following groundbreaking advantages: high cycle rate, together with a 1200 mm milling channel for wood thickness of 40 mm, performance of approx. 150 linear meters/min, highly reliable material transport – no failure-prone conveying rollers, no V-belts, flaps, or cross conveyors – very high availability – suitable for all cross-sections including square timber – thanks to fully automatic and continuous channel adjustment, single-piece milling is possible in extreme cases – making the system extremely flexible. Performance for KVH 160 x 280 mm is 38 lfm/min, for KVH 100 x 300 mm is 64 lfm/min, for BSH 45 x 250 mm is 110 lfm/min.
