Finger jointing line for vertical and horizontal milling operations, finger joint profiles, together with new developments in the clamping stations and the transfer channel on the milling carriage, the MINDA - MACH I offers the following groundbreaking advantages: high cycle rate, combined with a 1200 mm milling channel for 40 mm wood thickness, linear feed performance approx. 150 linear meters per minute, very reliable material transport - no susceptible conveying rollers, no V-belts, flaps or cross transport routes - very high availability - suitable for all cross-sections including squared timber - with fully automatic, continuous channel adjustment, single-piece milling is possible in extreme cases - making the system extremely flexible. Performance: for structural timber (KVH) 160 x 280 mm up to 38 linear meters/min, for KVH 100 x 300 mm up to 64 linear meters/min, for glulam (BSH) 45 x 250 mm up to 110 linear meters/min.
